Independence

- Disclosure: Any relationships or affiliations that may impair independence should be disclosed promptly to management.
Competence and Responsibility
- Maintain Professional Competence: Employees must continuously update their skills and knowledge relevant to their role. This includes ongoing training and professional development as required.
- Responsibility for Work Quality: Employees must ensure that all work performed is accurate, complete, and that all documentation supporting their work is properly maintained.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Employees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to their professional activities, including data protection laws and industry regulations.
Gifts and Inducements
Prohibition on Accepting Gifts: Employees must not accept gifts, services, or any other forms of inducements from clients or third parties that may affect or appear to affect their independence and objectivity.
Reporting Violations
Employees must promptly report any violations of this policy to management or designated ethics officers.
Whistleblower Protection and Anonymous Reporting
- Confidentiality in Reporting: Intego Solutions ensures that all reports of unethical behavior, fraud, or violations of this Code of Conduct, whether anonymous or not, will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
